What do we do at exit zero customs.... well if you look closely.... turtle stuff... or... lots of tube work ha ha .. Working on bringing this vintage sandrail in to modern times.... suspension upgrades. Tube work and updated safety gear. All in a days work.
Spent the weekend making a storage rack for the #losilasernut #u4rc buggy. Super rad freeing up work bench space and displaying the killer rc. Rack has room to hold the controller so it's all ready to go next time! Rack is #tig welded after being #cncplasma cut. Sprayed with clear enamel paint then baked in our booth. Rack has side plates to hold the frame so this bad boy isn't going anywhere.
Had a emergency take place that we were lucky to have material on hand to take care of. The shop fridge had the handle fall apart, wow.... talk about a low gut feeling when it's 110 deg and you need a frosty beverage. But as life worked out wrapping up this epic roof rack meant plenty of aluminum was floating around so the @miller_welders dynasty 400 jumped into action and we got the fridge back online asap!

New product for tig Tuesday! Bench top tungsten and weld brush holder. Has magnets in the base to help keep it planted while you're burning material. Put your fresh ready to run tungsten in the upright holes then lay them in the slot when used. No more dropping tungsten off the bench or trying to remember what tungsten is really the one you wanted next. Thanks to @pacificarctigwelding
For inspiration to develop this tool! If you're not following him or watched his YouTube videos... hope on that trian! He's good stuff.
These start billet 6061 that gets processed in house on out 1969 Bridgeport then coated in house before boxing and shipped out. We hand make these using skill and time.
Yeah, these are mega bling when fresh off the mill. I chose a vintage look to keep them humble...
